You may find some minor graphical issues on the "Bomb" bar on the bottom of the screen at certain times of the game. It does not hinder your gameplay in anyway.
2 player mode worked perfectly. Just connect your controllers and let Steam handle them.

The game plays flawless, even on Wayland with Sway. However, you need to Switch to an older Proton version. For me 3.7-8 works.
Needs an older version to run on Wayland WM like Sway.
Worked out of the box
The game launches and works flawlessly with the default selected Proton by Valve testing (3.16-9). The DLC v1.5 works flawlessly as well. Played with both keyboard controls and a DUALSHOCK 4 without issues.
Hangs on Sway
It works fine with X11, but when I try to launch it on Sway, which is a Wayland DE, then depending on the Proton version it either hangs without displaying anything on the screen (Steam indicates that it's "running") or it shows a black screen.
Worked right out of the box with some noticeable but small graphical issues.
On the main menu, highlight and glow effects on the buttons would stay until the quit confirmation would appear. Not sure if this is due to my hardware or the game.
