Seems that the latest version wasn't patched properly for Linux. Force a Proton version, and it should be fine.

Some character models appear warped and disfigured and are not rendered correctly in the native Linux version.
Resolution and aspect ratio change everytime the game launches without user input.(Native Linux build only)
The Game freezes and crashes randomly. (Native Linux build only)
The game refuses to remember the user settings and occasionally refuses to apply them in the first place. (Native Linux build only)
The native version is playable, however there are many issues example being its refusal to apply the correct resolution and seemingly randomizing it each time the game launches or any other setting is changed or its occasional freezing and crashes.
Forcing Steam to use the Windows version with Proton yielded a flawless experience. None of the issues that appear in the Linux version have popped up so far. You can force Steam to use the Windows version by:
- Right Clicking the Game
- Selecting 'Compatibility'
- Toggling 'Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool'
- Choosing a Proton version
- Updating the game when prompted to

Worked perfect. There's also different graphical settings to play with if you want to increase battery life
Works perfectly underneath Proton
Native version does not work but if you switch to latest proton then everything works perfectly.
Proton was better than native and the graphics options did not affect performance
TDP: 8 Watts. GPU frequency: 800.
The game fails to remember your selected graphic settings. Every boot will reset to "Fastest" graphics, rather than another setting such as "Fantastic". Adjust this with the in-game options.
Playing GOG version with no issues. Heroic launcher used to download/install/launch game. Heroic game options: "Use Steam Runtime" is checked.
Audio launches fine on initial run. If you suspend and resume the game from the Deck, however, the audio will crackle, be slowed, etc.
It works, but runs poorly for it being native.
Game runs at a terrible framerate, even on lowest settings. Had to set resolution to sub-HD to get it running even okay-ish. Didn't have this issue on my Windows install.
I don't think this is a very enjoyable experience on Linux. I had significant performance issues that weren't present on my Windows partition. I don't know what they did to the Linux version but it seems to either be horribly unoptimized or require beefy beefy hardware. Maybe a bit of both. I'll avoid this for now.

Works very well, if you don't mind some deformed models.
Models not rendering properly
Some models don't reneder properly, including bosses and transformations. Unfortunately this adds a little guesswork to some bossfights but nothing game breaking.
Native had invisible and broken textures, proton works great.

Game runs perfectly. Better with Proton than Native, had some minor graphical bugs with Native launcher.
Work just as good as the native Linux version.
For me, it works better than native.
Native version the cursor escapes from the window, and low performance with high graphics. Proton solved cursor, and performance is better.
