Lock 4 core and 1800 MHz, GPU lock 800 MHz
When using other protons, there were frequent crashes and unexpected game freezes.
When changing the frequency of the processor and graphics in the game, the duration of the game time does not change and remains at about 3 hours of play (at 80% charge console). Also, when changing the frequencies, I was unable to lower the TDP below 12.

Perfect graphics and performance, online... Everything!
There are "?" instead of button allocation but everything works alright
The only small issue is listed above, on any Proton version (including 9.15). The game otherwive works flawlessly, performance on 1440p is usually above 150FPS, not lower than 75-80

Occasional low-key flicker, but not even that noticable.
Exactly as you would expect. (note: only tested Coop, not PvP if that's a thing).
Checking my launch options they do include "-hz=60". If, like me, you have a 144Hz screen and you do not want this game heating your room more than it already does at 60Hz you can try setting that, but I honestly don't remember whether that actually worked or not.

Standard proton will have no game audio, you need to use experimental
Alt-Tab crashes game
Abnormally low framerate for graphical fidelity, had to drop to medium, I have yet to find a direct cause.
You need to make sure the options "Use D3D12" and "Vsync" are not checked, otherwise preformance hit will be even more drastic.

Changed some graphics settings
The game plays great on Deck but there is a concern of lower battery life.
Works fine, no issues.

Any type of proton or other fixes didn't resolve this bug, without launch options even game wouldn't start
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
Semitransparent white figures (rectangles and circles) which was overlapping and ruined all gameplay
Works great out of the box
Works fine out of the box.

Works perfectly out of the box
Played the whole game incl. dlcs, coop with a Windows friend

The campaign has been working great so far. Haven't tried out other game modes.

The campaign works great, my XBOX ONE controller worked as expected. I didn't try multiplayer.
On one occasion, as I was exfiltrating at the end of a mission, the mission didn't end and I had to quit the mission in the menu. I still kept all the XP that I'd earned during the mission, but it didn't count as completed. This is the only bug I ever encountered while playing, and it probably isn't Proton related.
works out of the box

Everywhere all around there are big white circles on walls, players etc. Very disturbing.
I tried Proton7.06, 8.04, GE8.22. All version works with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% option.
Loads and runs just fine with the Steam/Proton default settings.

Fonctionne parfaitement

Just Works!
Didn't need to jump through any hoops to make it work. The default game settings were entirely acceptable as well. I just installed it and started playing. 129 Hours later and I'm still playing. :) One thing to note: The Ryzen 5 5600G is an APU, so uses system RAM. I allocated 4GB to it (via UEFI) when I built the system. Sniper Elite 4 seems happy enough with that amount.
Worked great out of the box
Great experience on Steam Deck out of the box, 60fps in less dense areas (without a lot of buildings, vegetation)
No issues, game runs smooth and works like native
gamemoderun %command%
Worked without issues
Played the whole campaign with a friend. No network connection/sync issues.
Great stealth sniper game.
The game just works!
Worked great, had to do no extra setup.
Runs and looks beautiful. Controls fantastically. A dream all round.
With Proton 7.0-4, the game has drop framerates in the menus and in the game, with ultra graphics.
Game runs fine with the tdp at 10w, refresh/fps set at 45, and clock speed at 1000. With these settings it runs at a solid 45 fps, dipping to 35-40 fps during shooting animations. Holds a solid 60fps with default settings but with less battery life.
Text can be quite small throughout gameplay.
Game seems to need to be run once every so often (24 hours?) otherwise it won't load in offline mode.
Background and sound effect audio are missing.
Artifacts basically took place of all textures.
Frame rate was dropping at random as assets would not load properly during cutscene or gameplay.
