Alright

Perfectly playable
During the cutscenes the audio would often lag behind the video
Aside from the desync issue (which frankly did not cause any serious problems), works just fine. Played the entire campaign.

Great at max settings 60fps. Changes can make it run cooler with less noise and better battery
This game is a bit wierd, running with default steamdeck settings and 60 fps, the OLED Steamdeck gets quite hot about 72 degrees celcius and fanspeed over 4000 rpm.
Lowering TDP to 8w alone gives choppy playback but if GPU frequency is also forced to 1000 Mhz playback is fine at 60 fps. Temperature fell about 10 degrees and fanspeed lowered to about 2200 rpm.
Changes in settings does not save. So you have to make changes to the default graphical settings every time you restart the game.

Ultra-widescreen resolutions are not working properly (horizontal stretching, HUD issues, etc)
Had to use SteamTinkerLaunch to run FlawlessWidescreen before the game itself (see this page on how to set it up). Without it, 21:9 resolutions are borked: subtitles, HUD, controls and pop-ups are cropped.
Game is to 30 FPS by default (Xbox 360 legacy), but there's an option to switch to 60 FPS lock. Note: you'll have to access game's settings menu once you've already loaded a level, this option is NOT accessible from the main menu.
Works perfectly out of the box.

30 FPS cap
No audio during the opening logos
Save data is deleted when the game is uninstalled. No Steam Cloud support.
Работает под протоном из коробки. Runs under a proton out of the box. Рекомендуется протонтрикс для установки русификатора.

A couple of crashes.
runs out of the box

Runs great out of the box
Video and audio are slightly out of sync in video cutscenes. Not a Proton issue, I see the same when playing the video files with mplayer.

Runs good but only with Proton 5.13
You have to use Proton 5.13 . Proton 6.3 crashes the game after the epilepsy warning. The game itself also has a few bugs. You need to create the game folder in the wine prefix user profile manually, otherwise settings and game progress are not saved
mkdir Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1449280/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/GHOSTBUSTERS ; mkdir Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1449280/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/GHOSTBUSTERS
Runs flawlessly after computer restart
I don't know how or why, but it runs flawlessly now after I started it up the next day. Disregard my previous report.

Crashes before splashscreen
Seems to crash as it tries to play the initial intro video, doesn't load into menu. This doesn't match what other users report, so more investigation is required.
Runs perfectly fine
Only glitch was the other Ghostbusters would sometimes completely ignore you but it's probably a game bug.

Played through the full game with no real issues
The initial problems I had with controller detection didn't happen again.

Works comparatively to windows out of the box in 5.13-2.
Save folder must be created manually, bug is present in windows as well. https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Ghostbusters:_The_Video_Game_Remastered

Almost perfect
Controller (Xbox 360 wireless) works for gameplay and on the main menu, but seems to disconnect when opening the in-game pause menu.
Stutters when entering a new area. Otherwise smooth performance on max settings.
Only played the FIRST mission.
