Works great on the Steam Deck solid performance absolutely no tinkering only minor bugs that also occured on Windows
Limiting to 30fps does give you about an extra 30-45 minutes of battery life but I mostly play at 60fps
I've had the game crash on me twice a error window appears just tape "ok" on the screen and launch the game again (I'm currently reaching the end game)
Arkham Origins was always prone to crashing occasionally but not so much that it would be considered a real problem
On occasion when having a fight an NPC would continue to animate and move around as if ready to fight
This rarely happened on the windows version also the game prompts you when the fight is over and refills your healthbar so just ignore the zombies when they appear
Runs perfectly uses touchpad, dpad, analogue sticks and touchscreen with no issues my kid had a few hours playing it and had no problems
Boots up runs its usual auto config and benchmarks got a solid 60fps on max settings gameplay is smooth as butter
Played multiplayer went througj the tutorials no issues played a match online all works fine exactly how you'd expect
Force Proton Experimental and the game works perfectly with no issues if you don't force experimental then the FMVs are muted
If you don't force Proton Experimental the FMVs have zero audio, works perfectly when forcing Proton Experimental
I have not tried an online game yet but the game booted went into training mode smooth 60fps
The only thing I will say is that picking up items was awkward recommend trying training mode and testing out the touchpad and the gyro before playing online
Ubisoft Connect takes awhile to do its thing nothing major
Just use Proton Experimental
