crashed after 2 hours of play. probably fine generally.
Borked. Unable to get past ubisoft startup
It's a bummer because Trials Rising works great on linux, although it takes a while to load up and let ubisoft do its thing.
Had to go into desktop mode & set network MTU to 1450 to make ubisoft connect work
Ubisoft connect is broken on steamdeck, fix is to go into desktop mode & set network MTU setting to 1450
They need to fix Ubisoft connect but once it's past the initial login Trials Fusion is super fun on deck
Ubisoft Connect takes awhile to do its thing nothing major
Just use Proton Experimental
Zero hastle. Aside from a couple launch attempts needed as uplay installed and updated, but after 2 launch attempts it worked perfect.
Worked perfect, just needed to launch it again after uplay installed and everything worked fine.
Sometimes there are frame pacing issues
New UPlay version breaks this previously functioning game
Install works then try to play results in a UPlay upgrade and quit. trying to play then puts up an empty rectangle (presumably it's trying to put up a window) and sits there unresponsive.
Ran out of the box for me. The uplay overlay option didnt give me any issues, but i disabled it later anyway
Disable Uplay overlay from within client, runs perfectly
Had to disable the Uplay overlay as stated by other contributors. Other then that, the game works perfect.
Launches uPlay, syncs cloud saves but then only shows the "Wine tray", game does not run at all
Crashed when loading at first. Works fine after disabling Uplay overlay in Uplay client settings.
i had to install proton 3.16 Beta first (steam client told me i use 3.16-7, but i wasn't). in steam under library - tools - proton 3.16 Beta. i also disabled uplay overlay in uplay client.
doesn't start
With Proton 3.16-7, only needs to disable Uplay overlay (inside Uplay itself) and the game will run perfectly.
Uplay launches as a blank screen so you can't sign in to play.
