Since the game is stuck at the booths you'll not be able to continue this game at least for now.
The trailer is not viewable which is essential to continue the game. Essentially you'll be stuck at the booths
Install media foundation dll for viewing the trailers inside the game. Clone the repo https://github.com/z0z0z/mf-install and run the install script
When you pause the game the mouse controller shows up and when you resume it it stays there until you click and drag around.
The frame rate drops to low 20's for the first 10-15 minutes after sometime it averages around 30-35 fps.
This game works great out of the box. Does not require any kind of tweaking
Works excellent with DualShock 3 controller

On Nvidia optimus laptop do no use bumblebee. Use Nvidia Prime instead.!!
Besides all the little troubles that I had gone through. This game is playable on linux without any major hiccups.!!
The app when initially launched didn't go fullscreen and I had to manually switch using the **app overview ** of gnome.
Occasionally the game would fail to auto save and would throw an error. (Manual saving would also not work)
The Uplay launcher just kept on failing.
The Uplay launcher just kept on failing. Tried with several versions of proton (5.0.9, 4.11.13, 4.2.9). Also tried reinstalling uplay using protontricks and I was able to launch it manually and sign in to app. but it crashed when launched from steam. Overall Experience pretty bad
