Just works out of the box
Replacing CChromaEditorLibrary.dll with DLL from https://github.com/Riesi/CChromaEditor/releases/tag/EMPTY1.0 increases performance (quite a lot I think). Not sure if this game has any anti-cheat, use at your own risk.

When launching it sometimes crashes. Deleting compatdata fixes it usually.

Keep graphics API on DirectX 9 otherwise game will crash on start. In case Steam synced your settings with DirectX 11 you can change r_api to 0 in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/YOUR_STEAM_ID/43110/remote/user.cfg.

Not sure if this is because of moving the game to ext4 and other modifications or an update fixed it.

Scopophobia got released and it stopped working, Scopophobia worked before. I think they added an anti-cheat which checks for VM and that fails. (looks similiar to PUBG Lite issue where registry keys seem to be missing)

40-70 FPS @ 1080p - used to be higher. Might just be the game.

I was unable to change settings, the logs said it was unable to load Russian language because the file name is written in Cyrillic font.
Fixed using using "LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8". I generated locale for it on Arch, not sure if that was needed.
Using "PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 %command%" as launch options makes the game run way better (at least for me)
Works perfectly, I think it runs even better than it ran on windows. Using ESYNC instead of FSYNC boosts FPS by around 30 FPS ("PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 %command%" as launch options)
