from the game launcher, when you press "Play" , hold down ctrl key and remove the flag from "Enable Videos" under the general tab. The game will then launch normally but it will just skip the intro video. Otherwise it will crash to the desktop.
Goto "$steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/454530/pfx/dosdevices/c:/windows/" and delete gdiplus.dll from system32 and syswow64 folders. Then run the following protontricks:
"protontricks 454530 gdiplus"
"protontricks 454530 corefonts"
The above steps will fix the font issue (font too big) and the speed of the game
If the game is launched without using Protontricks, the fonts will be too large and the game will be slightly sluggish but playable
in the terminal launch: protontricks 1711950 mfc140
the cutscenes are bugged but the game runs perfect otherwise
the game runs great
To play, install easy anticheat via your steam library
As another user pointed out, for each loading screens you have to ALT-TAB to close the shader error and then the game proceed as normal.
