OwnedWorks great with default steam deck PC controls. Text may be a little difficult to read without good eyesight.

A pop up asks you to select the resolution and graphic settings. For my test I set this to the Steam Deck native of 1280 x 800, and on medium quality graphics.

As with all games with text, it can be difficult to read, however, with good eyesight it doesn't require any tricks to read it, just effort.
I only played the tutorial, I did not play any online games.
