game was working perfect since beta, but yeasterday it started crashing toghether with steam right after first loading screen.
mouse is flickering, tryed to use launch option for D3D. was working, but now it doesn't, for unknown reason.
game stutters sometimes.
after update kernel to 5.5 and mesa to 19.3.2 games works flawless, no issue at all, no need for launch parameter.
mouse still flicker but very rarely after new kernerl/driver in system
plays perfect "out of box", nothing has to be "tuned"
game works perfect, do not put any dxvk (dxvk in fm is just stupid idea anyway) or other settings, just leave it and you won't have issues.
rare, small artifacts during cut scenes only. no problems during missions.
startup parameters PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command% don't add PROTON_USE_DXVK=1 or PROTON_USE_VKD3D=1 game will crash.
copy easyanticheat_x64.so from apex legends
i'm not using any launch options.
If you don't have Apex Legends and don't want to download ~50gb, to get "easyanticheat_x64.so", you can use file in description of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6eBNKHy4fI&t=1s
If you get error about loading "EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll", then you have to start download of Apex Legends, download only first 2 downloads ~1.9gb and ~500mb then pause it. Start outriders, it should load. Now you can uninstall Apex.

Enable Freesync/g-sync
Found a fix for stutter. With mangohud i've noticed GPU usage only at 30% and clocks at 800Mhz. Enabling FreeSync made game use 100% of GPU (no idea why). can play now at maximum setting with no stutter. Instruction how to enable freesync/g-sync https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Variable_refresh_rate. Proton version makes little difference so can run it on default.
