If you have a 450 based nvidia driver or an AMD gpu you're probably fine. Missing textures with Nvidia 460 or newer drivers
The game actually runs smoothly for a 1080 but the ground textures disappear when you get close to them. :/

Multiplayer doesn't work on newer builds of Proton.
Did not work with Lutris or Steam
The game installs in steam but only launches into Origin. Origin allows me to attempt to launch the game but nothing happens. I tried installing using the Lutris Origin Wine script does not launch origin in this state does not allow me to download or play the game.
EA Origin still runs like garbage but the game launches and is perfectly playable.
I've seen a few more fps drops than normal nothing game breaking.
OriginThinSetup does not install
OriginThinSetup is horribly broken for me Jedi Fallen Order does the same thing.
Run proton 5.0.9 for Origin fixes.
The game doesn't play yet but considering that it now launches to the menus I think that's progress.
Origin Thin set up will crash during installation requires many restarts
I would not use a proton version that is receiving updates. proton experimental received an update today which reset the game to require first time set up again. I recommend manually setting it to proton 5.13-6 and NEVER touch it again. Will update if something changes.
