Press play, get nothing, then see that I can press Play again.
Doesn't launch at all. Something's messing with even starting the game up
If you don't have this consistent freeze/crash on Overpass or don't play Overpass - The experience is 100%.
First launch fullscreen doesn't work and needs to be set to windowed or fullscreen in settings again.
On Overpass consistent crashing when getting near or sometimes by looking at a certain area of the map (Toilets/Party)
Only reporting on it because I forget that Overpass is a map I can't play for some magical reason and I had this issue a few months ago, so then I switched to windows for a bit and came back... just to run into this issue again
After update can't get past launcher logo. Noticed issue before new launcher was forced, but didn't report when old launcher worked.
Forced change broke ability to play the game.
This game almost perfectly worked through Proton. Only on first launch there was a lighting issue that fixed itself after re-launching
Launching the game for the first time or with Ray tracing can have issues with lighting. A Restart fixed lighting issues and the game played very much the same it did on Windows.
Vulkan shaders are important for your first launch
So far the game is interesting, I'm still just testing and the monetization model might be a reason not to play, but it has a strong start
Any newer Proton Version, even GE has graphical issues with the all-consuming void. Looking at a corner of a room makes the graphical issues leak through and consume the screen. Unavoidable.
Game crashes if not on Proton 7.0-6 as trying to show the EULA/ToS screen wouldn't show otherwise. With the correct version you're able to accept and then the screen never pops up again, but still not recommending to change versions with the heavy artifacting
Just switch to 7.0-6 to avoid tinkering
Definetly a great game and problems are unnoticable or very insignificant to playing this game long-term.
Seems like there may be some little hitches. First time loading a new area is laggy, but never repeats
Co-op works great.
An absolutely great game I started playing on Windows and continued on Linux. Must-have in your games library
Right after game's initial logos, get an error window of EasyAntiCheat's IGameClient failed to start
Extracted compatdata files from Valve's Github repo that had EasyAntiCheat. This was folling by a document guide to installing squad on linux that got linked on this site. Seems for some it worked, for some not.
Can't get it to work in any normie way.
Stuck in a loop. I get to see a quick EAC window that barely loads and the disappears, then repeats.
I'm eager to play, but I understand this has something to do with developers enabling EAC support. I can wait and update the report once the game can be played! :)
There is the first time load-in shaders that I didn't wait on precaching, but after loading in a level everything seemed to run smoothly
After EAC support enabled the game is very much playable without issue
Warframe's a good grinding game for turning off your brain. Can sometimes be a bit choppy for a few seconds, but no more than that.
First time loading in a map always is laggy and sometimes, after a long way in, I get some lags that I can't tell if I loaded in something new or there is an actual issue. Otherwise very playable.
Minor, but significant to anyone with little patience - The launcher doesn't show that it's installing an update sometimes. Everything works after it's done installing just fine, but just know that sometimes an update is downloading without showing it on the WF launcher
