30+fps and inconsistent. You could play it on the deck as is, but it really needs optimization to do it justice.
Enable grip bottoms. Added sprint (shift). It already mapped the other 3 grip buttons to the other action keys
Minimum 30fps for the most part. In game settings say 60fps, but I never saw anywhere near that
Someone more experienced with Linux will hopefully post some tweaks to optimize the game to make it more playable
Changed left stick to 4-way directional.
Proton, community control layout, adjust left stick from 8-way default to 4-way input.
Changed left stick to 4-way movement, instead of 8
Runs great. Tweak controls. Hours of fun so far
Lowered TDP limit to 11w.
Choose the community control layout and you are good to go.
Turn off half rate shading if text is difficult to read
Back button to view enemies instead of pressing right stick. Less wear on the right stick.
Set to 45 fps
Occasional frame drops when there is a lot happening on screen
Customized sensitivity
FPS drop when there are a lot of enemies onscreen. Still playable
I'm enjoying it.
Lowered fps and power. Ran and looked great at 30 fps
Out of the 5 or so games i have tried on the deck, this has been the smoothest. Great right out of the box.
Works well
Lowered the wattage to use less battery power to extended play time
Worked great without any tinkering
