Runs smooth at 60 FPS on 4 watts. Going below will cause the game to dip. If you're okay with 30 - 40 FPS you can run it on the lowest watt setting at 3
Subtitles are difficult to read, but other important text are fine
Locks up on exit. Just hard exit through the Steam button when you're done.
Drop TDP to 5w and GPU clock to 700.
Must use touch screen to get pass the initial boot screen, and it's ideal to check your resolution settings before any session as it has a habbit of switching to the smallest resolution automatically.
Game is hardcapped at 30fps, which makes it ideal for saving batteries and why you can so aggressively limit the deck's power to run this while still maintaining full quality.
Have not tested X-2. Only tested on X.
Runs fine, error message comes up and you lose all your abilities, making this essnetailly BORKED
Game starts and runs fine, but you'll lose all control of your abilities "Your current screen resolution does not support the controller user interface" comes up and you're left with your basic attack. I've attempted to launch it in all it's provided versions and in experimental proton to no avail. Unless you're okay with just basic attack, or if you know a differnt work around / fix to this problem, it's essentially BORKED.
Dropped TDP to 4watts. Runs buttery smooth at 60FPS
Runs well 60 FPS on the lowest watt setting at 3w
Most text are readable, but are noticiably not designed for a mobile format
Launching out of the box, without experimental will still be playable, however there won't be any audio, and the fullscreen is wonky.
Switched to 30 FPS cap, both in game and on the deck. Improves battery a noticable amount
Some subtitles are very small
Runs well on defualt settings, though in over world FPS tip to 30. Will also dip in heavier locations with noticably uneven frames. Capping it at 30fps is a more even experiance, and will help on battery usage to a noticable degree.
Make sure to launch in experimental proton, then it's auto pilot from there
Change control setting to community "Galactic Basic"
On initial boot you'll be forced to use the touch screen and pop-up keyboard in order to enter your microsoft creditntials. Once it's entered and completed it won't show up again.
I don't see why it's labeled as "unsupported". It installs and runs great. 40-50fps, really good frame pacing. At worst it should be labeled as "Playable" due to the initial microsoft sign in. I havent tried the multi-player.
Runs smooth 60 FPS on the lowest watt setting at 3w
It just works. I have no idea why it's officially marked as "Unsupported"
