I didn't run into any issues that required me to turn on compatibility mode after playing for ~30m.

Compability mode is required.

The game works really well, the battery consumption is basically none. Minimum trouble to set it up.
Must go to config>window and set "Use compatibility Mode" to solve it
The only issue is that you have to set "Use compatibility Mode" under config>window everytime you play otherwise you'll have some graphical glitch

The game more or less works. Disabling vulkan causes the game to fail to start so you need to put it into compatibility mode.
Stuttering and long load times.
The screen doesn't seem to refresh when selecting a button and will go black. You must place the game into compatibility mode to fix this issue
Do not set PROTON_USE_WINED3D. The game will fail to launch. You must set the game into compatibility mode in order to fix the graphical issues.

This game has a very annoying graphical bug that makes everything go black when the mouse hovers over a button, except the button the mouse hovered to.
Disabling dxvk/using opengl fixes this, use the launch option PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% or either use the compatibility mode and it will work with zero problems.
Error when a movie is supposed to play
4.11-13 is the only Proton version that allows all menus to function. The cinematic error that pops up in the background can also be closed by tabbing into it and pressing Space. After this, normal play may be resumed.
Changed facebuttons to game shortcuts. A to Enter to continue dialog, B to Ctrl to fast forward dialog, X to Space to hide GUI in dialog, and Y to Backspace to hear dialog again.
Dialog heavy game where framerate doesn't matter. Changed refresh rate to 40hz, framerate limit to 20fps, TDP limit to 3W, GPU Clock to 200, never dropped below 20fps.
When first starting the game, the screen will be black except for button currently hovered. Enable in-game option "Use Compatibility Mode", under "Window" tab to fix it. A bit tricky to get to it with the borked screen but doable.
siempre y cuando se habilite el modo de compatibilidad gráfica del juego
se arregla habilitando el modo compatibilidad gráfica del juego
perfecto siempre y cuando se habilite el modo de compatibilidad gráfica del juego
Works fine after ajusting the settings in-game.
Visual problem where only the last hovered button is showed, easily fixed enabling compatibility mode in settings. Other than that, it works perfectly out of the box.
Playable by Using Proton 4.11-4.13
The video that plays after meeting that second girl (whose name I forgot) which I am guessing is supposed to show the history or some tutorial didn't play and a warning message showed.
Ran into one graphics bug but it was fixable without winetricks. Game ran fine otherwise
Game would only draw the most recently hovered-over button in the main and options menu. Checking the box at Window>Use Compatibility Mode in the settings menu fixed it.
Works great with compatibility mode!
Enabling compatibility mode in the settings menu completely fixes this.
The frequent crashes noted in my earlier reports seem to have been fixed

Runs perfectly after enabling compatibility mode in game settings. Not using this feature causes major graphical glitches.

the game is complety playable but have minor graphics issues, enabling compatibility mode in game options fix graphic issue. the game shows an error "DrawMovie3.dll" and similars in the game, close the error message lets continue playing but the movie reproduction in game is broken

Minor graphical glitches that can be fixed by checking "compatibility mode" in the game settings. Opening and ending movies will not play and the game will give an error message, but will otherwise continue without any issues. The movies can be found in the game directory and be watched manually. Otherwise the game plays perfectly.

63 hours and almost beat the game. Boots and runs just fine. Some minor graphical happened a few times which aren't game-breaking or significant which fixed themselves by going to the next dialogue. Playtime was split between this PC and my Manjaro laptop with an i5-7200U.

Runs nearly perfectly out of the box. Cannot play movies, but doesn't crash on the playback error message (look up the video elsewhere if you really need to see it). Watching terminal window if running through a script, you will see what seem to be overflow errors after a length of time spent in the game which will eventually lead to a crash, but this takes place after about 2+ hours of play. Save often if you're paranoid.
Also tested on a tablet using a Core m7 with an Intel 515 graphics chip running Arch, also no problems.

Tested: - Normal gameplay up to the first fight. Including 1 movie, a visual novel sequence and a battle. - Options menu. - Saving the game. Glitches: - Major graphical glitches, to fix: go to settings, enable compatibility mode. - Movies don't work. - Very occasional crashes. Save often.
