Runs Flawlessly
Games runs great out of the box just enjoy the game.

Some text is on the smaller side but it's not the worst I've seen.
Not neccessarily significant, but I did experience a few bugs in a short period of time. Nothing game breaking, more so inconveniences at most, but something worth noting.
Minor bugging but nothing major.

controller recognized out of the box as well

Works as expected!

Runs just as I would expect it to

Everything fine.

One of the easiest game to gt running "right out of the box" :)
No tinkering here, just install and opt for the latest experimental Proton Version, then launch the game. Runs fast enough even on old hardware and plays perfectly. The tested install had the DLC's for Garden Flipper, HGTV, Luxury Flipper, Pets, Apocalypse and Cyberpunk and at the time of testing they all worked just fine, no tinkering needed and no crashes experienced. This should install and run straight out of the box with no problem as of the date of this submission.

Base game and most DLCs have been working as expected. The games technical problems seem to wildly differ between people.
Game stuck loading first Pets DLC job occasionally. Third Luxury DLC job crashing after loading, had to complete it using Windows.

Works Amazing
I was able to finish the game and the HGTV DLC without issues.
Works perfectly out of the box

Runs just fine
I think I brought this game on linux, and even with the default graphics settings, it actually runs quite well. I haven't had to tinker with it or change any settings, it just worked.

Works very good but houses from Farm DLC have quite huge fps drops. Set shadows to medium to get better fps here.

Complex houses go below 10fps at certain times of day when shadows are enabled. Framerate always >60fps with shadows disabled.
Other than having to disable shadows, game works great.
Works out of the box
It can be quite a bit slower than it is on Windows, but it's not unplayable if your hardware is okay.
It is pretty good & playable on linux
No tinkering runs straght out of the box after telling steam to switch from default of experamental to 7.0-6
Works perfectly out of the box.

Significant frame deteriation compared to gaming on windows. Can play if you have a powerful card but will miss performance using linux
Very slow frames compared to windows.
Play this on a powerful GPU, GTX 1050 or RX 480/580
Install and press play
This game works straight out of the box, no tinkering required.

Hours of fun
Played on the 512GB model.

can get hung up and crash, isn't all that regular of a thing but happens before the main menu when it has happened to me (hasn't happened since switching to zanmod)
Tinkering and forcing compatibility was necessary. The last time I tried running it native it wouldn't stop crashing, odd image/video & audio issues... never made it to the menu most of the time. Works great now.
Absolutely no problems playing it.
I played in 3440x1440 with no FPS drops compared to Windows.
Had to decrease to 50hz/50FPS for consistent frames.
Great fun.
Working until a few days ago and an update just causes a unity error on startup I submitted the game to valve for revaluation.
Worked right out of the box!
Text is a little on the small side and if you try playing at 540p with FSR, the text gets blurry as well, so it's not a good option. However, the game runs fine at native resolution at lower settings to maintain 60fps.
Deck defaults to Windows version.
40fps recommended
No breaking issues
On a 165 Hz Monitor; When going above 60 FPS I experience an issue where looking around ingame has a lot of stutter.
Slight issue with mouse input when going above 60FPS; Enabling VSync/Capping to 60FPS fixed it for now.
