No issues, runs perfectly. Drains battery surprisingly fast, considering the retro graphic style, only about 3-4 hours of play.

Works Out of the Box, Occasionally Crashes
After restarting a mission for the 4th or 5th time it usually crashes while loading the level.
No cutscenes will load.
After install the game would not load. I set the D3D setting in load options but didn't do anything. Restarting Steam did nothing. But upon restarting my system it worked fine. So I'm not sure if the load options did anything or if it just needed the system reboot. It works now but the cut scenes won't load even after trying that dropbox zip and it crashes after restarting the level sometimes.
I downloaded the files mentioned by others and pasting them to "/PartyHard2Game_Data/StreamingAssets/low_quality_cutscenes" did nothing.
However, I pasted them to "/StreamingAssets/cutscenes" instead and so far everything works perfectly fine.
Alternatively, the cutscenes worked pretty well out of the box in Proton-6.12-GE-1, but the overall performance of the game has degraded.
Cutscenes remain black even after trying fixes listed below. Game crashed once during 90 min of play, but otherwise ran smoothly.

Patch v1.1.004. Black screen during cutscenes (audio/subtitles plays and you can skip cutscenes). Otherwise runs excellent. Logitech F710 gamepad works perfect. Ultrawide supported. Disabling Steam overlay, Disable Esync & Use WineD3D have no effect, Disable D3D11 prevents the game from starting as it requires DX11.
The cutscenes don't work properly, and you have to manually skip them or else the level will not start. Some minor frame rate stutters happened as well
I used PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% in launch option, silver because there blackscreen during cutscene which is a shame, otherwise runs perfectly
I tried PROTON_USE_WINED3D but still the cinematics don't work. It just show a black screen that you can skip by pressing ESCAPE
