Asks for a CD key. Did some googling and apparently both steam and gog version use the same one: BEF7-PED2-ZUR7-JED6-8386 (found in steam discussions here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/559680/discussions/0/2518023667606314960/) Entered the key and it ran normally. It shouldn't ask for a cd key, but if it does, enter this one, it worked for me.
The CD key bug seems to be present even on windows versions, but it seems to be an easy fix.
The game is running great!
This game could have better controller support but it was made before PC had XBOX 360 controllers working.
Alt-Tab while playing the game caused issues when trying to return back to the game and required a restart.
It could use better controller support without having to use Steam Input configuration..
If you experience the same visual degradation as I did with the colors you won't be able to enjoy the game.
The game basically had the lightness at 0 and gamma settings at 0. Couldn't find any solution online and tried to get through the mines. Didn't work and was painful to navigate in pitch dark blackness through old youtube videos.
Works perfect
Worked just fine with proton 4.11
Works out of the box, no issues. Game was designed for old CRT screens so mines at the beginning will be pitch black and super challenging.
Just as native. No issues found, even with Big Picture Overlay enabled and active.
No noticeable issues
