A linux gamer would enjoy this game, works completely fine out of the box for me and didn't have to do any launch options or tinkering at al
Works completely fine out of the box
Flawless experience
Worked decently OOTB
noticable delay when moving with WASD
PUT DESTINY 2 ON LINUX BUNGIE
the game worked just as well as it did on windows
Works perfectly out of the box.
I was pretty surprised, but I just clicked play and it worked out of the box.
fps sorunlu
works out of the box
Work perfectly with Proton 7.0.6
Appears to work perfectly but it's such a janky game on Windows, it's hard to tell.
Works perfectly out of the box, enjoy
Works fine, but no audio for me
No game audio/sound at all
Displays the splash screen, then shows a crash dialog and shuts off.
Works great on steam deck out of the box
Instant crash

There is some problem with EQU8 Anti-Cheat and this Proton version!
Internal message: “Unable to validate agent after repair”.

If you won't create your own units/factions/maps, then the game runs perfectly fine. Else prepare for dual boot
After match finished, if you fly to stopped expolsion/unit who shot, you'll hear noise. This noise move from game to all devices in PipeWire. Flying away from audio source removes noise
Can't save local units/factions. Also, map creator doesn't see templates, which makes creating map impossible. Downloading from workshop (not steam) works fine and you can use/play them
Everything is working out-of-the-box (didn't try multiplayer though)
Runs perfectly out of the Box
Lower Resolution + FSR
Runs perfectly out of the Box
Works perfectly out of the box, no tinkering required
I tried Proton 7, GE, experimental, and none could load the game.
WINE_FULLSCREEN_FSR=1 DXVK_ASYNC=1 gamemoderun %command%
Minor fps loss, mitigated using FSR though
Great experience
A few of the unit names have a small fontsize, still readable but slightly uncomfortable.
Overall works well, great performance, default controls are perfect.
Works fine out of the box.
Game works great.
Multiplayer works fine with a couple issues here and there, but I can't say that's a Linux thing or not as I don't play on Windows.
Runs out of the box
Games does not start, errors with "Failed to load mono"
Used Proton Experimental otherwise it would not run at all.
too laggy(got only 10fps)
Works perfectly. VRAM usage is a bit high on high resolutions
High VRAM usage at high resolutions
Clicking out of the window while it's in full screen mode will result in not being able to focus the game again.
Works with Proton Experimental.
Even with all settings set to low I still got a max 12FPS
Runs nicely with no issues that I've seen mentioned, however I am using some tweaks but it ran seemingly fine without them.
Proton 6.18-GE-2
Using gamemode and a custom kernel
Runs very well with 0 issues, perhaps with slightly worse frametimes than Windows but barely noticeable.
Proton 6.18-GE-2
Using gamemode and AMD FSR
Works great, as long as you don't get to carried away
The game runs fine, but a lot of units lags the game much more than on windows
