Pretty much perfect
The game runs out of the box with vanilla Proton and performs very well. The game runs on a custom engine using modern OpenGL which works just fine. The only thing I noticed is that when you zoom all the way out on the word map, performance can drop a little because they're rendering the scene in the exact same way as when you zoom all the way in.
A truly fantastic game that works just as well on Linux as on Windows.

Game works fine out of the box. No issues installing, booting or playing the game. Works great on deck. Seamless cloud saves from pc to deck
Installed the game on NTFS drive, but it refused to start. Traced the problem to file permissions. Re-installed the game on linux-native filesystem (ext4), after which it runs without problems.
Écran noir au démarrage, avec son OK derrière
Testé avec Proton experimental, 7.0.3 et 6.3.8 : résultats identiques. Le jeu se lance, semble charger l'écran de menu, la musique tourne sans souci. Mais l'écran est noir. Peut-être du à ma config graphique très vieille.
Works out-of-the-box
OS reports game as non-responding while loading (is there an intro video I'm supposed to see?). After a few seconds the menu is shown. This is the same on windows 10 currently BTW. Some very minor graphical glitches: saw maybe once or twice during a 3 hour gameplay session. I use some mods too, they work without problems.

Audio wouldn't adjust in volume for some reason. Everything was either on or off

Game installs, and works perfectlty. Have not found any issues at all. Mods can also be installed easily. Note a previous version of the game/proton did not work. (for me) But game version 1.4.x and 1.5.x work perfect for me with proton 7.0.1.
Don't try to run proton games from a shared windows disk.

Extremely fast key repeat, noticeable when changing brothers' names and toggling options using the keyboard
I had some framerate issues with Wayland + vsync, disabling vsync solved this.

Little bug when you are using the dekstop sensitive cursor instead of the game sensitive cursor
