-dx11

Buggy mouse on Hyprland
The mouse seems to skip and be generally unusable on Hyprland. The same does not happen on Gnome, though.

%command% -dx11
Runns well although the occasional crashes do happen.

For the most it runs just havent had really issues until it crashed my whole system but at the time of this report it hasent happened again
i had one crash but i effected my whole system which was very strange

PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 gamemoderun %command% -dx11
Borderless Mode does not work (It just becomes fullscreen), when switching from Windowed/Borderless mode to Fullscreen the game screen froze and I had to ALT+TAB off and on the game to make it unfreeze. Other than that, no issues.
Game runs smooth on a NTFS partition, just has weird but not unusable bugs when switching display modes. Just make sure to use Proton GE, it has ear splitting audio bugs, texture glitches and will crash on login using regular Proton
Playing with Proton 9.0 leads to crashing after 1 match for me. Switching to Proton Experimental fixed it.
LD_PRELOAD="" PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 gamemoderun radv_zero_vram=false %command% -dx11
shutter at planning stage

If you really want to play Valorant or Spectre Divide, then this game will do the trick, but it eats fps for nothing
fs off ; gamemoderun mangohud env OBS_VKCAPTURE=1 radv_zero_vram=false %command% ; fs on
It feels like full screen, but it's in windows mode without borders
In some places I have about 116 fps, but in some places I have 60 fps stable or 59 fps stable. When some detailed videos is playing, the frame rate is 30 fps
mystical mouse acceleration

PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 gamemoderun %command% -dx11
Make sure to switch from DX12 to DX11 in the settings and to add the -dx11
argument on startup.

Works out the box

Game works both with recommended proton and GE-proton, GE makes videos play, without videos are just black screens

Anti-cheat crashes at 20-30%, making the game unlaunchable
The game doesn't launch at all in the offical proton versions, and when trying GE, the game's anticheat crashes around 20-30%, thus not launching the game.

Proton-Experimental was missing graphics and got stuck right at the start. Switched to proton-cachyos, which runs the game just fine.
LD_PRELOAD="" PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 gamemoderun game-performance %command% -dx11
The Audio crackling fortunately seems only to happen when exiting the game, would therefore say it's a minor issue.

for the first launch do it in desktop mode
some pictures dont show up but they are non important to the game

%command% -dx11
extreme stuttering (like 1fps, but for audio)
The steam-page states that a ryzen 3 + 750 ti + 8gb at 1080p low = 60fps. My ryzen 5 + 1050 ti + 16gb got 20fps (and 100% ram usage)
The team-switch-screen in the middle of each round freezes linux forcing you to restart the pc
The crash in the middle of each round is a problem. Since the tutorial worked this might be multiplayer? in any case its unplayable
PS: without the -dx11
it dosn't even compile the shaders

fs off ; mangohud env OBS_VKCAPTURE=1 radv_zero_vram=false %command% ; fs on
- max: 289 fps
- min: 209 fps
- avg: 258 fps

Graphics API: DIRECTX 11
Crashes with DX 12, use DX 11!

gamemoderun gamescope -H 1080 -r 180 -f --force-grab-cursor -- %command% -dx11
I belive this issue was caused by being on Wayland, but was fixed completely by using gamescope.
Occasional crash with DX12, had to add -dx11 launch argument and change to DX11 in game settings to fix.

dx11
The game crashes when the game is set to DirectX 12. Switch to DirectX 11 if you don't want your game to crash every 40 min.
I have been playing over 20 hrs and the game works like a dream. BUT! You must change the game's API from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11. Unfortunatly the game crashes every 40 min when the game is set to DirectX 12. Other than that, works great!
Very fun game, occasional crashes every 30 minutes until I switched from dx12 to dx11 under launch options.
-dx11

use my launch commands if you have problems with the mouse cursor going outside the game consistently and it will be solved.
gamemoderun gamescope -W 2560 -H 1440 -f --force-grab-cursor -- %command%
without the launch option: "--force-grab-cursor --" once i alt tab out of the game the mouse cursor will not stay locked to the game window when it is in focus.
once again use my launch options and change -W (width) & -H (height) to your own monitor resolution.
i just want to add that NONE of the launch options people have posted worked for me, all they did was make the game crash on launch.
Work perfectly out of the box!
you need to launch in desktop mode first to let the game download the anticheat, then you can play in gaming mode.
game crashes after one round

gamemoderun %command%
Videos in the menu didn't play
I just had to switch from Proton Experimental to an older Proton version. After this step, everything run smoothly.
-dx11

mangohud %command%
Game crashes frequently when running in DX12
Game needs to run in DX11, however this disables FSR3 upscaler and frame gen, and also ray tracing options, although this game is very well optimised

gamemoderun %command% -dx11
Crashing randomly sometimes after 1 game other times after two or three.

gamescope -W 2560 -H 1440 -r 144 -f --force-grab-cursor -- %command%
Some times loading up the game would cut all audio
Randomly while playing the game it would not grab my cursor correctly, had to use gamescope force grab to fix

gamescope -h 1440 -w 3440 --force-grab-cursor --adaptive-sync --fullscreen --mouse-sensitivity 0.1 -- %command%
In Wayland, the mouse was unusable in gameplay. Had to use gamescope to fix it.

Works perfectly fine no problems. I have tested on Windows and Linux, I get about the same performance.

-dx11
Sometimes the audio in the intro crackles
Start with '-dx11' launch option. Then open in game options and change to DX11, restart the game.

Anticheat cancels the launch
gamemoderun %command% -dx11
Tried launching it fresh as steam installed - nothing. Anticheat got to 10%, then borked.
Read up on some other more successful compatibility posts (see launch options and proton version) - anticheat borked at 20%.
"Supports Linux" my ass.
first start and play the game in desktop mode,then you will be able to play in gamemode

Switched from DirectX12 to DirectX11
When using DirectX12 the game crashed every 30minutes.
If Fragpunk crashes around every 30minutes, try switching from DirectX12 to DirectX11.
started the game, clicked a litte around and then the game froze

LD_PRELOAD="" DXVK_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 WINE_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SKIP_CLEANUP=1 gamemoderun LD_PRELOAD="$LD_PRELOAD" PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 %command% -dx11
PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 will solve any problems during loading otherwise audio is perfect
-DX11 and change the game to use DX11 in game to solve crashes. Once applied game's perfectly stable.

The game does work, but requires you to use Desktop Mode once to load it up.
Play the tutorial then will work after perfectly in Gaming Mode.

Crashes after ~2 matches. Thought it was my graphic settings but it happens regardless of settings.
