I recommend to force proton. Native version doesn't have setup, runs in a small window (unless you provide command line argument) and has worse mouse control.

The game itself works great. You just have to manually force it to run in full screen.

Windowing:Activating Fullscreen, Switching

It starts in a small window, it is not possible to select the full screen in the game itself (but it works if you enter '-fullscreen' in the startup settings in Steam). Clicking Alt-Tab gives nothing, you can not go to other running apps.
