Didn't need to adjust any settings or launch options - was able to continue from my PC save without any issues.

No native support for steam deck resolution
Runs perfect out of the box. You can skip intro cutscene by pressing select twice
Aside from not being able to skip the movie at the start, the game runs perfectly as is.
Can't use any buttons to skip the initial opening cut scene but pressing on the touch screen worked.

Smooth and enjoyable experience as long as you use Proton Experimental and avoid picking up the Halu Lv 4-5 and the Light Beam Collab Items.
Set to 60 FPS cap
On casual runs (i.e., without using Halu), the game runs perfectly. You can also use the Marketing upgrade in the Shop by itself and the game will still run fine. I don't recommend playing with high Halu upgrades (3, 4, 5) on the Steam Deck. In these scenarios, the game will drop below 60 FPS when there are a lot of fans on the screen (can drop to as low as 40 FPS). Since the game speed is tied to game FPS, this will cause the game to slow down signficantly, degrading the fast-paced experience. I also do not recommend building the Light Beam collab item while playing on the Steam Deck. This will cause your game to drop to the low 50 FPS levels at maximum, even when there are no enemies on the screen.
I don't understand why the game is marked as Unsupported because it works perfectly out of the box and I haven't experienced any slowdowns

Game does not support the native resolution of the Steam Deck. But 720p works fine with small black borders.

Really starts to chug in the lategame with some maps.

It works well for early game. First impressions are great. Late game maps or endless will lag heavily regardless of TDP.
Turned down GPU clock to 400 MHz. Game is not very GPU heavy but will lag late game with no real fix as it hits the CPU hard. Oh well, at least it makes the game easier. FPS is tied to game logic.
Best not to mess with the settings too much or you'll find it hard to navigate. Its possible to make the screen too big and the game will save your too big resolution so you'll have to navigate blind.
Late game will lag more than most pcs will due to slow cpu.
Better played on a faster PC tbh

Some runs exhibit slowdown if you can't kill mobs quick enough and the enemy count builds up. Is generally fine to play through and may be slightly easier due to slower game speed

TDP 6 Watt, HSR On, GPU 1000
Game runs flawlessly and steam deck can be under locked hard and kept at a stable 60

6 watt TDP is more than enough
Brotato but weeb and vtubers, p good
Been playing it since steam release just perfectly, had to write my report after steam claimed it was unsupported!

Somehow this game was always muted on my Steam Deck, even in the itchio version prior to the Steam launch. Apparently it was muted by SteamOS itself in its internal sound mixer. The fix was to boot into desktop mode, launch the game, and unmute it from the volume mixer in KDE. Other than that there were no performance issues whatsoever.
Game was muted in SteamOS in its default installation.

FPS drops and game slowdown towards the end of a round
When many ennemies/Quand il y a beaucoup d'ennemi

TDP 12, FPS lock 40

10W TDP, GPU clock: 800 Mhz
Some minor slowdowns to 45-50 fps when there where many enemies on screen (as expected)
the game runs fine on Deck, it's heavily cpu bound so you can safely turn down the gpu clock. TDP can be as low as 8-9W no problem. IF you hate framedrops cap it at 40Hz

Game, unsuprisingly, runs perfectly fine. Some unused space on the screen, but works fine with no tweaking.
Game does not support 1280×800. Does support 1280×720, leaving some unused space on screen

The 0.6 update vastly improved performance if you had trouble before. Combined with the Steam release, you can pretty much just hit play.
Back in 0.5, at the 19th minute of a run, a second would take several to get through. Now, my Deck can get very respectable performance compared to my desktop running the game natively.
Just in case it isn't the default on Steam, I tested this on Proton 8.0-3. I don't have the option to force a specific version checked, but Steam says it was selected by me for this title for some reason.

Limiting framerate slows down the game, 60fps is normal speed

Could import saves from the itch.io version by simply copying the %AppData%/Local/Holocure folder from the old prefix to the steam app prefix, no issues at all, and slowdown seems to be better than the itch.io version.

If you played the game before steam release and can't get your old save to load, look on r/holocure subreddit for guide, all required info is currently in pinned post
