Any problems that exist with multiplayer functionality are problems with the game, not problems related to playing it on a Linux machine.
Game runs great on Linux. It's an indie game with some bugs, but those bugs also exist equally on Windows.
Playing the new update on the public test branch, the game ran smooth with no issues at 240 fps capped. I was able to play online with windows friends for an extended period of time with no disconnects or issues. The voice recognition works flawlessly with the secondary option.
Incredibly low FPS, high stutter. On some maps the FPS are so low the physics can't keep up so you can noclip through walls/doors.
Game won't reconnect after wifi disconnect, game restart required. When loosing wifi mid-game (even if singleplayer) the game will abort.
Game takes incredibly long to start up, sometimes up to a minute as opposed to 10-20 seconds on Windows. Freezes for a long time during startup.

Proton-7.0rc6-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
For me, its more playable in Linux, i get more fps and more stability than playing on windows
its seem like textures are not 100% of their resolution
Works great with no tinkering
Game feels locked to 60hz regardless of settings. Works at higher refresh rates in Windows
Feral Interactive's gamemode
Voice recognition works, same as Windows (I don't know why some people say it's not working, I play with low detection because the game handles my accent better that way). The game is in alpha and it's not optimized that well, so some fps dips and stutters are to be expected, but they happen as well in Windows.
Game runs perfectly, only a few FPS behind Windows performance

The game runs mostly fine, any bugs i found were pretty much due to this being released yesterday.
Proton-6.23-GE-1
Voice Recognition doesnt seem to work (probably the same issue as phasmophobia)
If you select the higher quality voice recognition, there is significant input lag. select the lower quality, as voice recognition doesnt work.
Tabbing out of the game can result in crash.
Multiplayer rating is relative to native multiplayer and not representative of underlying issues.
Voice recognition works flawlessly. Crashes when you quit the game.

The game is unplayable with very slow loading screens and horrible performance in-game
Voice recognition does not work, but that was expected
The lighting seemed borked, compared to what the steam page videos showed
Insane levels of acceleration and very laggy input (you can even see the software cursor lagging behind the hardware one on menus)
The performance is atrocious, think single digit fps, with unresponsive movement and mouse
Very laggy, at least on my hardware. Voice recognition works correctly in different languages.
Delay and laggy input (probably because of low framerate)
20 fps max with minecraft graphics
Experienced a crash when exiting the game, overall slower system because of strange cpu consumption
Didn't test on Windows

Only getting around 13 FPS, unplayable.
Game is capped to 50 FPS, and I get exactly that in Windows. With proton I'm getting 8-13 FPS, completely unplayable
Tried with Proton Experimental, latest Proton and latest custom GE proton.

Game still runs, only seems to crash at the start, but fine after initial boot.
Network features are currently not working.
