Actually the only problem i had is the time it takes to load scenarios, so is completely playable
the mouse show a really small delay, but it solved disabling vsync
some in-game load scenarios takes more time that it should take, so...putting low-spec graphic is the way to solve it
Windowed mode show heavy FPS drop, Fullscreen mode is the solution
Works wonderful, but the "save settings" button is the only way it got crashed to me
exclusive full-screen showed better FPS result
Heavy low fps when swimming down to the Mision sector (even Crash with High spec setting)
Every time i tried to change some settings an push "Save settings" the game crashed, opening again was the option
For me, its more playable in Linux, i get more fps and more stability than playing on windows
its seem like textures are not 100% of their resolution
EAC ERROR:106, still appearing
one month after the last report, and the 106 error still persist

The game starts without any problems, but when you select your character, it gives you the error "EAC offline - Anti cheat client protection not active (NullClient)"
5-15 fps...not playable at the date

After one year of patchs, now is playable with proton experimental. Gallery work out of the box, but harem load too slow

after closed the game, it was till running from behind, making the mouse invisible
i just tried three times to play multiplayer, but it crashed those three times.
It doesn't have voice recognition for me
Some freeze frame, but like 0,5 seconds and it takes so long to enter to the match...change the textures to "half" was the solution to reduce the entering match time.

Es super jugable, ignorando que al inicio da unos micro tirones de fps que a lo largo de la partida desapareceran.
some microsecond frame freeze, but they stopped as soon i reach around 15 min of gameplay

At first, i thought it didn't work because i got the pop up that the application stopped working. i tried with all versions of proton, but it kept coming up. i realised that in the end it just took a while. i started the game and left the pop up without forcing it to close. it took about 2 minutes to start, after that it works out of the box.
conclusion:
OOB, Just wait patiently for 1-3 minutes
