Decreased TDP to 8W
Great little game for the Steam Deck. Works completely fine. I decreased the TDP to 8W but was still fine to hit a consistent 90 FPS.
Works perfectly out of the box, runs at 90 Hz too. You can even change the button layout ingame.
This should be a platinum graded game! Not sure what makes it gold.
Beautiful indie game! Works great on Linux.

TDP to 9W
Text from the side quest board was tiny, but as soon as you click on them they can be read easily.
Screen flickers when launching the game, epileptics beware.
Setting TDP at 9 will give you about 5-6 hours of playtime. Game ran smoothly all the way through, and apart from the readibility issues (extremely minor in my opinion) and the strobing lights at the beginning, the game plays perfectly.
Recently the controls stopped working without Proton GE
Game is Native and runs well. Does not support closs-platform cloud saving on the Native version.
Screen refresh rate to 40Hz
The Cloud Saves, like with Hollow Knight, are per-platform. If you have a save on Windows and want continue that save on the Deck running the game Native, it will NOT download the saves from the cloud. Viceversa is the same (from Native to Windows). Note that the Windows version doesn't run, unless you try some of the thinkering specified in the other report for this game.
Apart from the cross-platform cloud saving issue, the only problem I had was with running the game for the first time. The game would not run and got stuck on a black screen. Restarting the Deck solved the issue. And yes, this was on the Native version of the game.
Other than that, I'm having a good experience.
This game have a small wined3d problem that made the game flickers, missing texture and became unplayable.

Main game works great with the protontricks command from 'Mouse'. Intro animation fails to show, but otherwise the game works perfectly.
Crashed after the autosave thing

The intro movie when starting a new game didn't play. Restarting the game and loading the save skips the movie. The rest of the game works perfectly.
Crashes after some minutes of gaming.
