Mouse and Keyboard could have problems sometimes. Cut scenes are not working. Instead of this it runs perfectly.
Missing Textures for some ultimate Attacks like the one from Sarah. Sometimes clickable options are missing for a portal for example.
Sometimes only Keyboard works not mouse clicks.
Cut scenes not working correctly.
Works perfectly on Proton 8
This game seems ready to be Verified. Perfect experience on Deck. Text isn't small. Default graphics look good. Long battery life.
I can't think of any complaints. The experience seems perfect so far, so let's get this game Verified.
Initial cinematic is blacked out when using proton 7 from steam, switch to Proton-GE or Experimental
Run smoothly, nothing bad to report. 60 FPS basicly all the time
40 fps lock
Cutscenes aren't working without switching to an older proton version. In my case 6.3-8 works great
Change the default proton to proton experimental early versions.
Great game to play on the steam deck once you launch with the correct settings.
Didn't get far launching out of the box (on v7.0.3); even the developer splash screen on startup is an unrecognisable mess of graphical artifacts.
Switched to v6.3.8 as other reviews recommended and it's been flawless for the next 2 hours.
Works right out of the box. I don't have much time on Linux but that 1 hour was smooth and I didn't notice any bugs.
there are some graphic problems with newer Proton version, but using older 6.3-8 there are no problems at all after playing 3 hours!
Works fine with GE Proton
Forzando Proton 6.3-8 tutto funziona a dovere. Su Proton 7 i video risultano distorti e con diversi glitch. L'ultima versione di Proton-GE presenta lo stesso problema.
Forced Proton 6.3-8 and everything works fine. On Proton 7 the videos look glitched and distorted. Proton-GE had the same issue.
The cut scenes doesn't play though... I have to watch them on youtube afterward, that's the only problem I've seen!
Big cinematics not playing
The cinematics ... + occasional bugs in the game but meh

Error: Failed to initialize player
Failed to initialize graphics. Make sure you have DirectX 11 installed, have up to date drivers for your graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration in display settings. InitializeEngineGraphics failed

The game just starts in a black screen and remains there indefinitely, no sound .
I tried all recent versions of steam official proton and GE-2 too, I think it may be because of the 495 Nvidia driver
Seems to work fine with Proton-6.21-GE-2. Video issues with Proton Experimental and Proton 6.3-7

Requires mfplat support for the videos, which are essential to the experience. Easiest just to use Proton-GE.

Proton-6.21-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
Everything works great with Proton-6.21-GE-2, latest GloriousEggroll release as of this writing. Would do best to download and use that, since cinematics do not work with current Proton Experimental.
Game installs, runs, saves, restores. Will update this report if problems arise later in gameplay.

Proton Experimental users might experience issues with the opening cut scenes but switching to 6.21-GE-1 fixed that for me.
Proton-6.21-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Using Proton Experimental, the cut scenes at the very start of the game didn't display and were automatically skipped after 2-3 seconds. I then switched to 6.21-GE-1 and everything worked perfectly. I tested with both Keyboard/Mouse and Controller and both worked fine.
Running Flawlessly.
My earlier issue was caused by the fact that the game was installed on an NTFS partition.
Playing this game without cinematics is useless
Cinematics are not playing
Doesn't work at all. Was able to install

Game runs smooth, all of the cut scenes worked when using the GloriousEggroll custom proton version. No hiccups as of yet.
Proton-6.20-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
When Alt-Tabbing out of the game, tabbing back into the game will only show a black screen. Seems to be fixed by pressing Alt+Enter to window the game and pressing Alt+Enter again to fullscreen the game.

Just tested it for a couple of minutes and tried to break it by tabbing out, dragging the window from one screen to another and minimizing and maximizing it. I tried to quickly change input devices from keyboard+mouse to gamepad and vice versa.
Everything of that worked perfectly fine out of the box. However i just tested it for a few minutes so no guarantee for the full game.
However, since it runs Unity i dont think it will have any issues.
Just tried for a few minutes. Proton-6.21-GE-1 works fine. Proton Experimental does not play videos. Steam Controller works.
Game works, besides cut scenes.
Cut scenes do not work. Text is displayed for some time and then the cut scene is skipped.

Proton-6.19-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
I tried to run it with several other Proton Versions, but only on Proton-6.19-GE-2 did the playback of the cutscenes work. Game is running smoothly on 4k and with an Xbox 360 Gamepad.

Game works with some hoops to go through
Fullscreen on Proton-6.21-GE-2 if at non native resolution can cause it to hang due to scaling to fix switch to experimental to change the resolution then switch back to the proton version mentioned earlier
on first boot up there was scaling issue for me due to running ultra-wide and it defaulting to 1080p which caused the menu to not line up with the mouse (was fixed after changing resolution to native tho)

The game itself runs fine but FMV is broken.
FMV is displayed using the test pattern for unsupported video; if you use mf-install, the videos are skipped entirely.

Everything works right out of the box. The only thing not working are some cutscenes that show up as a color test screen.
Can't set display to any other display besides the main one.

The audio of the missing videos made it's way to the gameplay after skipped
The videos at the beginnig or in cutscenes wouldn't show, and sometimes skips itself

Make sure to save before tabbing.
Couldn't open game up after tabbing out.
Videos didn't load and showed that colored TV error screen.

Proton-6.21-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
Proton-6.21-GE-2
Default Proton (6.3-7) seems to work fine but doesn't show the cinematics
