After googling a bit, in CPU/kernel with split_lock_detect FPS drops significantly, so it has to be disabled. In Debian/Ubuntu based distros edit /etc/default/grub, add "split_lock_detect=off" to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT. Then execute: sudo update-grub
Reboot to reload kernel with this new configuration, to check if it's still enabled run: lscpu | grep split_lock_detect
After the kernel parameter tweak, it was an AAA experience, excellent!!!
Beautiful game, amazing experience, even without raytraced reflections game looks very good
Some textures in minor parts appears to be lower resolution, but nothing game breaking

Everything I tested worked, I could perform 3dmark ingame, save the game, etc... Only problem I found is when a I apply graphic settings.

Initial cinematic is blacked out when using proton 7 from steam, switch to Proton-GE or Experimental
Seleting DX11 at laucher gave me better results. Other than that, Ultra+, AAA experience for a AAA game, flawless experience
Excellent, flawless
