Works absolutely great
I have achieved 100% completion(mostly offline, the playtime in steam doesn't include that), never had any problems, works perfectly.
Was able to play the game and beat it
100% functional
Alt tabbing gave me unpredictable targets; i.e. pulling up Discord when I expected my browser
Only tested the beginning areas but shows no difference compared to Windows

I had to set compatibility force proton in settings to Proton 7.0-2
Achievements did not work, until I hit 'Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool'. So the default didn't work. It should of defaulted to the latest though. So it might be a super rare thing or im not understanding how default proton works. 7.0-2 forced proton seemed to fix achievements.
Without tinkering, achievements did not trigger. Have to just force compatibility. Not all players had this issue. But some others on steam forums did.
The game runs amazing on the deck and you could even slow the game down with the 15 fps option on the deck during boss battles with a lot of dodging.
Played through the entire game on proton. works great. no frame dips, no lag, everything worked as normal.
From what I know, any recent proton version should work fine.
No bugs or any problem with proton 7.0-1
This is my second report of this game. After having completed every level in the game, and obtaining all the exploration points.
Can confirm that I never had any technical problem.

This is a report for the first hour of gameplay.
No problems with vanilla proton 7.0-1
it's a game focused on short bursts. Ocassional crashes don't hurt as bad as an rpg for example
Crashed after 30 minutes of playing. Writing my report just after. Will update with future crashes
