Works out-of-the-box; all features tested extensively
In-game mouse-lock option isn't very effective. Thankfully the game auto-pauses when you tab-out.
Literally flawless. I have below the minimum specs and it runs fantastic!
I think the few issues I saw is just the usual FromSoft PvP weirdness
When the game first released, I had to use a fix to disable EAC. Even though EAC works now, try that if you're experiencing EAC issues
Works out-of-the-box apart from usually crashing on startup (ways to fix it listed below)
Sometimes the game crashes during the first loading screen. Closing background processes (you can re-open them after the initial load) and disabling other monitors decreases this likelihood. Occasionally a computer reboot is nessacary to make it work.
Native port has a couple of fixable issues; Running with Proton works out-of-the-box
Booting the native Linux port with PulseAudio causes all computer audio functions to cease until a reboot. Switching to PipeWire fixed this (installing it prompts you to remove PulseAudio, and that worked fine)
Your DLC save is taken from the Steam Cloud, but your settings, reports, and screenshots aren't. It also appears your save data for the base game isn't stored in the same place as your DLC data?
Native and Proton versions work fantastically! If you prefer native, switch to Proton temporarily to claim achievements
Moving the game between monitors sometimes doesn't change the framerate-cap (e.g: it caps to 60fps even when on my 165hz monitor)
On the native port, achievements don't pop. Switching to Proton gives you all the achievements you should've obtained (refer to the in-game book 'My Thoughts' to see which achievements you should have)
Switching to Proton 5.13-6 fixes the frequent crashing and provides a great overall experience
DualShock 4 controller not detected. Xbox 360 and Switch Procon work great, though.
Everything works out-of-the-box; tested all modes and multiplayer
Sometimes the game screen flashes white for a frame when another effect is played. I don't remember if this was a feature or not when I played it on Windows, but the fact I'm not too sure is a good indicator this graphical issue(?) is nothing to worry about
