Did the things still doesn't work
I tried the ucrt dll thing folks were talking about and deleted the movies folder, and hit the ignore on the button that pops up, but I get a mini splash screen...forever.
it never comes back after that mini splash screen. Shame too, since it's the only game I have any friends playing.
First time I'd used mf-install and mf-installcab. I got a bunch of errors with mf-installcab, so I don't know if it ran correctly. Lots of

But right now, it's unplayable. I get 6-7 fps.

I had to do the thing with editing OPTIONS.txt, which did not exist, so I had to create it. Now I don't remember which line it was, because after successfully launching the game created a bunch of extra settings in that
Launcher worked, game does not
The launcher came up with a complaint about a settings file. The game splash screen displays, then it crashes.
I asked for a refund, sadly.
Too many crashes. And there's no video.
I hope this gets sorted if they ever add Tau.
The only issues I had were that I like Sanctus Reach better but my buddy does not. :-)
