Strange Steam Behaviour but it finally installed native.
At first it didn´t appear to be available native so I chose proton, later I removed the proton option and then I was able to install it native.. it works great so far.
I used expermimental to make it work since Native is giving problems when it used to work fine.
I moved to experimental since the linux native does´t run at all.
I you don't get any sound from native try the next command and see if it works.
sudo touch /usr/bin/pulseaudio
sudo chmod 0755 /usr/bin/pulseaudio
I had a problem with Electronic Super Joy and it now works.,
I tried the native linux version and it freezes on initial screen, Feral does not gives any solution.
It seems this only happens with nvidia, I've tested it on AMD and it works great, same thing with other feral games, the only solution is to use Proton 9.02 and it works great, it just takes longer to load. I really prefer native, I hope feral fixes this.
No sound while using Pipewire but I was able to fix it.
I works great with pulseaudio but once I installed Pipewire I lost sound. Fortunately I was able to fix it by running the next commands on terminal.
sudo touch /usr/bin/pulseaudio
sudo chmod 0755 /usr/bin/pulseaudio
It works great and it was smooth
It works great with my nvidia RTX 2060, I used proton 8.04 and 9.0 beta and both work.
I just installed WMP11
I just installed Wine_GE-Proton8-26 from Heroic Games Launcher, installed the game from GOG and launch winetricks withing HGL and installed WMP11. It runs great, I haven't tested the Controller yet or multiplayer. WINECFG was set to win10 by default.. I hope it works also on Steam, probably if you add the same Wine I did using ProtonUP-QT, also make sure DX10 and 11 is set on game settings. My GPU is Nvidia 2060 as well as AMD.
I works good enough for my system and very stable!
When starting game it took little bit but not much on my AMD Ryzen 5, I bet it works better on faster systems.
I also tested with Proton-eg-7.43 and it worked great same as Proton 7.06 and I don t plan to buy games that won t work with proton.
It runs smooth out of the box as if it was a linux native game.
I pressed L1 on my PS3 controller and it pauses.. No way to continue unless I press esc on my keyboard... No big deal!

Did not find any problems except some minor graphical details that migth also appear on windows, I don't have windows to test.
ProtonDB doesn't detect my system correctly, my correct system configuration is:
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700, GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060, OS: Mageia 9, Kernel: 6.6.17, GPU Driver: Nvidia 5.35.154.05, Mesa 4.6 - 23.3.5.
Native will not start, it freezes at initial screen when using nvidia,
I did some test on another PC with linux and AMD GPU and it works great, when using NVIDIA it freezes on initial screen, this happens with other games I have ported to linux by feral interactive.. Newer feral ports works great, I hope they don't break on the future. Using proton is the only solution.
It runs great, I guess the intro sound will be fixed on the full game.
ProtonDB did not detect my correct settings.
I played the game on: Mageia 9 Kernel 6.6.10 Ryzen 7 7700 Pro Nvidia RTX 2060 with driver 535.146.02
