The -noeac launch flag has to be enabled to run the game
The game works flawlessly, with an exception of multiplayer. Easy Anticheat fails to load and with it enabled, the game won't start. Disabling it, however, made the game launch just fine, but cannot play ranked matches.
Various Proton versions, GE and Steam Proton
The light emitting from Madeline is a bit glitched playing with Proton.
Runs native perfectly with no issues out of the box. Proton gives better performance, but there are minor visual glitches present, as mentioned. That aside, using Proton is worth considering.
Occasional bugs with the mouse not working in fullscreen (KDE Plasma)

System-wide input lag natively, likely a software-related issue. Proton works fine
Works perfectly fine given the specs. Around 30-60 fps in game at 720p medium settings. Could experience significant fps drops at specific scenarios. About the input lag, it went away, but no idea what exactly the cause was.
Won't start at all.
Proton GE 7-43
On GE/Experimental the game goes through the loading screen with Ori logo and an exclamation mark and then the game just closes. With Steam's Proton the game is stuck in a loading loop.
Given the hardware, the game runs at 15-30 fps lowest settings by running it natively. Won't start with Proton, it goes through the 2K loading screen and after it disappears, nothing happens. Tested with GE-Proton7-43, Proton Experimental and 7.0-5 - none of them work
Significant frame rate drops in specific locations
Other than frame rate drops, the game works perfectly fine.
