There was some odd behavior with clicking the right track pad on the official layout (click was bound, but didn't function, only "touch" functioned). Switching to KB+M and rebinding left track pad click to jump helped a lot.
Controls needed a bit of tweaking to function properly, but after that everything else worked great.
Capped FPS to 30
No changes needed, I set FPS cap to squeeze out a bit more battery life.
Set thermal power limit to 4.
Works great on Steam Deck with no changes
It seems like the bottom and right edges are cropped slightly, and the touch screen doesn't touch what the cursor is over. I've not been able to get the game to proceed past the first screen. Switching to desktop mode in the Steam Deck and then launching the game works though.
Added 1 and 5 to back grip buttons for faster dousing and weapon switching.
Set thermal power limit to 4 watts (3 is too little for 60fps)
When pausing, putting the deck into sleep, and waking it back up, the game audio crackles significantly.
Thermal Limited to 4 watts
Right trackpad was very touchy and was turning on and off tutorial overlays like crazy when touched. I didn't bother remapping, but I didn't touch it anymore.
