Game runs excellent, however EA app crashes sometimes.
Some issues with the game swapping to 2nd monitor when alt tabbing
Not exactly the game, but ea app keeps crashing sometimes resulting in getting alt tabbed during game

running GE-Proton9-7+ would result in an error about the tavern not working

Currently a bug with Proton Ge 9.7 + where the game can't run and there is a Tavern can't run error
Game runs smooth and with 9-19 seems it went from 80 fps max 60 lows on max settings to 100 fps max 75 lows.

Was stuck playing with proton 9-2 / 9.7 GE before but seems 9-19 GE proton made it work again without the tavern error.
Game works excellent once the third party tool for moded community servers is used. But it does have a bit of a headache with initial setup

Used the below tool in order to be able to play with mods on community servers https://github.com/aclist/dztui
Unable to start the dayz launcher in order to play on modded community server, had to use 3rd party tool
as the multiplayer on modded servers requires third party tools, it is reliant on it as well for server mods to be updated
The 3rd party app requires the use of Steam WEB API KEY, which can be revoked and renewed for each session of play if you are a security freak like me, but it is a bit of a headache to do it every time.
Game runs excellent, however you have to force the use of DX11 otherwise there will be some crashes.

Game is playable but still needs a lot of work as it is in beta. It is playable to test the game and see what it has to offer in beta
run the game first with proton 7.0.6 start the game, try to enter any server in order to get the TOS popup, watch the intro scene, once able to move quit the game and swapped to 9.7 for better performance

Looks really good and plays well
Tried proton experimental and 9.0.1 both of them hanged when starting the game on loading screen. Proton GE9-7 works like a charm
