WHITE. WHALE.

Works perfectly with only brief minor graphical issues
2 or 3 times during a playthrough, big explosions caused by bosses being defeated caused the playfield to flicker black. These were very brief and did not affect gameplay.
The game will flicker to an unplayable degree on the default settings. Display setting must be changed to 'Borderless' in order to stop this flickering (although you will sometimes see split second glimpses of the launcher). I also played this game successfully docked in Desktop mode.
Launcher requires login which needed a restart of the game to accept a verification code. Launcher also impedes gameplay if game not set to Borderless mode.
Text is relatively small across the game, but I haven't done any tweaking to try and fix it as it's fairly playable for me still.
Played in 'open play' mode.
Works perfectly, only had to tweak controls a bit
Changed interact/frog/rabbit to the face buttons
Game crashed while loading the main menu on Proton 7.0, had to use Proton 6.3-8 to proceed to the main menu. Game works perfectly with the older Proton version.
Needed to run the config setting program to set resolution to 1024x768 or else the game would exit with an error. Config program needed touchscreen to select options.
Works great without any tinkering
It appears to run via ScummVM (via Proton), presumably if you wanted a native experience you could extract the data files and run via Linux ScummVM, but that's not necessary in this instance.
Apart from the route ending crash, game worked great using the right touchpad as a mouse w/ gamepad.
100% reproducible crash at the end of one of the routes (changing Proton versions doesn't seem to help here). You don't need to see this ending to complete the game, however it will prevent the player from completing all routes and so prevent them from a couple of trophies and the reward you get in-game for completing all routes.
