Created a .conf file to deactivate V-Sync.
Some Characters are missing by Difficultyscreen and all yes/no options.
If V-Sync is activated, i had significant perfomance problems ingame. How to deactivate V-Sync is there written: https://steamcommunity.com/app/410320/discussions/0/1747898397219502826/ With this guide, EDF runs very well.
Created a file called "dxvk.conf" in the game directory. In this file i have written "dxgi.syncInterval = 0" for a way better perfomance in this game.
In the preperation Menu i get only 30 FPS, but anywhere else i get 60.
You should use Proton 5.13-6. With a newer Version, i dont get the official font for this game and all yes/no options are replaced with squares.
Borderless Fullscreen doesnt work for me. Need to be Fullscreen.
Proton 6.15-GE-2
I didn't had one crash on linux. On Windows regularly.
It starts with checking DLCs, and shows Logos. After that, it crashes. Tried Proton 6.3-6, 5.13-6, 5.21-GE-1 and Experimental.
Runs perfectly out of the box
If you playing it with a controller (Dualshock 4) and you use alt+tab, it happens when you go back ingame, it shows you keyboard buttons instead of controller buttons. It can be resolved by pressing alt again.
Works out of the box. You should only check the settings first for your controller. (Played only the HD Version)
Sometimes, if you alt tabbing from the game in a cutscene, it can happen that there will be a noticeable humming in the video playback for the rest of the cutscene.
I don't know if it was a Linux/Proton problem, but the bindings for my Xbox One controller were be completely different as in the previous Naruto Games. I needed to remap my controller ingame.
It is now possible to watch the cutscenes and everything works fine now
As other people mentioned, it runs perfectly fine with the "SteamDeck=1 %command%" launch command.

Without the launch flag, it runs inside the levels only 20-25 FPS (everything else run between 60-144). With the launch flag everywhere runs with sweet 144 FPS (tried only with Vsync on).
Finished the game with every achievement.
