When in fullscreen the game runs in "slowmo" - the framerate is awful and the input is delayed. Can be fixed by downgrading Proton or switching to windowed.
On startup you're greeted with a message to update your GPU driver version, this can be skipped and the game starts normally. However, after the last update the game runs in "slowmo" out of the box when in Fullscreen or Windowed Borderless mode. This is a non issue in Windowed. Fixed by switching to Proton 5.13-6. Otherwise the performance is great.
Works great
First launched in weird resolution and settings, but otherwise no problems after few hours of gameplay. GPU: GTX 1650 4GB CPU: i7 7700 32GB DDR4
Splash screen appears and after that only black screen with audio. Can be fixed by binding Alt and Enter keys a pressing them after launch. The game has some issue with fullscreen, supposedly worked normally before Steam OS 3.43.
The game requires windowing fix, after that fully playable. After first launch annoying Xbox login, but i think login works normaly. (If not try runnig in desktop mode, just for the login...) Played for about ~ 6hrs, no other issues other than some stutter, I recommend locking the refreshrate to 45 Hz. The game hits 50-60fps at Medium settings, but after locking to 45 Hz it feels much smoother overall.
Perfectly playable out of the box with SteamPlay/Proton 6.3-6. Very little issues. Little bit of a performance hit but noting that major.
Works without the box almost perfectly
Some stutter (probably caching shaders) after first launching the game, went away after some time playing. Maybe a littlebit worse performance than in Windows 10/11. Otherwise everything works as expected.
CPU: i7-7700, 32GB DDR4 GPU: GTX 1650 4GB
Works out of the box with Proton-GE. No config required on Endeavour (Arch) KDE.
Runs without issues with Proton Experimental (at least at the start of the game), the game is playable but the performance is not great; ~25fps with all low setting without FSR and about 30 with dynamic res and FSR, but that looks pretty bad, not worth it imho.
