-fullscreen -vulkan
Windowing:Activating Fullscreen
I was not able to set fullscreen from settings so I added -fullscreen to launch options. And it worked.

Overall (online):Excellent
Perfect.
Use -vulkan. After compiling shaders it should work better than Opengl and Windows native. But during compile process you will encounter drops, a lot of drops.

When I switch to application on same workspace, application that I try to use starts to lagging. This is not happening on the menu of the game.
vkbasalt will make the game look better. Use SMAA and CAS. Disable in-game AA. SMAA does better job.
