Performance seems to degrade over time. May be a game issue (unsure).
Unskippable opening cutscene video crashes randomly. Had to try a few times to get through it without it crashing the game.
Probably not. The open bug report on GitHub doesn't have a well-defined solution (had to tinker to eventually get it to work).
Maps would fail to load with an eventfd: Too many open files error.
Remove read-write permissions from 'all' from the steamapps/compatdata/393380/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Temp directory otherwise EAC (anti cheat) will fail to start).

Performance in the tutorial seemed ok, but performance in a multiplayer game was a slideshow with pretty meager settings.
In game cut scenes perform very poorly (~5-10 FPS). Game runs fine otherwise.
Runs perfect with latest version of Proton as of this writing. Borked with 3.x versions (stuck on intro movies/black menu). Played for a little over 4 hours.
