Runs amazing well out of the box on my first run. Using GE Custom 5.9 GE-5-EST. Didn't need to do anything other than press play.
Day one out of the box works with 6.10 GE. Will update when i finish the game or run into issues.

This is perfect and runs amazing on Linux. ran it for 21 minutes and passed the first mission. just wanted to give an update to anyone looking to run it on linux
Downloaded the eng patch and beat the game today no issues through the entire playthrorugh. Runs out the box latest proton exp. Enjoy!

Great out the box, if you use Glorious Eggroll. Use the fixes listed below if you use regular proton

Can run in max settings no problem. Had trouble getting this game started in tumbleweed so I switched to Fedora. If you are having trouble getting into the main screen I would put skip the intro and logos in the menu. Should be able to finish the game without getting into any issues.
Runs great on opensuse tumbleweed, just remember to install all the codecs for the distro
might be due to rolling release and latest drivers. would advise to save very often like after every battle if you encounter crashes
just use the latest proton GE version and you should not have to do any problems finishing the game or starting it up. The animated cutscenes are purplewashed and not sure what the problem is but not really a bother as there are barely any animated cutscenes other than the intro and travel scenes
Runs great after getting fsync kernel or disabling esync
sometimes the voice dialog is cracked but i noticed that in windows as well
need to use an fsync kernel
Running max settings with 60 fps and minor stuttering that might be due to the port. Get an fsync kernel and you should be good like xanmod or zen.
Runs very well with the latest proton custom build GE. Animated video cutscenes are skipped probably only bug
Starting game cutscene was skipped and most likely ending cutscene will be skipped.
