Works great out of the box, finished the campaign with minor stuttering. Fails to install punkbuster so most servers will not be available. Performance is almost the same as on Windows
Works out of the box, performance is not the same as on windows. Some stutter from time to time. Handy commands ingame (you will need to enable console in options) /cg_drawfps 1 (show fps counter) /com_maxfps 250 (set fps cap) /cg_fov 80 (set fov)
After adding the driver workaround for early quake-based games it works perfectly, runs better than my windows version of the game. Tested with setting the fps cap to 1000 which it reached with no problem. (Not recommended, gliding on the floor will occur)
Add this to startup parameters or else you will get buffer overrun:
__GL_ExtensionStringVersion=17700 %command%

If you want 1920x1080 resolution:

Works great, not same performance as windows. Punkbuster fails to run, no problem since most servers don't enforce it. Runs around 125-300 fps on all settings including fps-config (yitch3). But there is a problem with cod4x, steam is not running comes when connecting to a server with the mod running. Tested with running steam in a seperate wine process with no luck. In the console you see "steam api init failed". Handy commands (after enabling console in game settings) /cg_drawfps 1 (show fps counter) /com_maxfps 250 (set fps cap) /cg_fov 80 (set fov)
Works great with vulkan, small stutters from time to time. Loads faster than all windows players it seems. Audio slows down at random points, adding this to startup parameters fixes it.

Works great, I had a issue with social club crashing/not appearing, applying these startup parameters fixed it and the games works great. WINEDLLOVERRIDES="msdmo=b" %command%
Does not start (It does work outside steam/non-steam install)
Works perfectly, maximum settings 144 fps with vulkan
