If you don't mind the laggy first part of a match, then you should be fine. It bothers me, however I just put up with it haha.

Created file called "User.cfg" and added the follow (to try to reduce CPU usage, copied off internet, replacing values): Thread.ProcessorCount 6 Thread.MaxProcessorCount 6 Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0 Thread.JobThreadPriority 0 GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 6
Upon loading into a game I get ~30 fps. As I keep playing this gradually increases over time to ~50-60 fps; it takes about 5-10 minutes until I get peak performance. I have tried changing all the graphical settings and this does not change anything. I have noticed my CPU usage is at 100% consistently and my GPU usage is around 50-60% usage. This is partly due to my CPU bottleneck, however I have never experienced any problems like this before. I have tried maxxing the graphics which improves performance by ~2 fps. I have not played on Windows so I cannot tell whether this is due to running the game on Linux or it is an issue with my system. I believe this performance hit to be unexpected given my hardware.
If you are having the same problems as me, try messing with the settings. I did not manage to fix the problem, however I made it slightly more bearable.

If using Logitech G29, had to switch the wheel from ps4 mode to ps3 (the switch located at the top of the wheel), in order for it to be recognised by the game.
Runs perfectly fine on medium settings, my system could not run high settings.
I did not tweak anything, and the game is overall playable.
Occasionally when viewing new cutscenes or animations, there are frame drops from the default 60fps to 30-50fps, however this is bearable as it doesn't occur too often. The krypt is much worse and there are frequent frame drops to around 1fps, especially when rendering new areas, despite my hardware being under a minimal workload (using around 10% of my GPU). I have not played mk11 on windows, so I do not know if this is normal, however particles such as Scorpion's fire seem to be quite taxing on my system to what I would expect, and can rarely cause lag spikes.
I would recommend giving it a try as the only major issues faced is the krypt being quite slow, but this is not game-breaking. I have not yet tried online, or adding gamemoderun to the launch options.
Works well for the most part, laggy when you first load into a match, and always in the truck.

When loading into the game/a match/a new area, the game runs slowly and at a much lower framerate (~40-50 fps) when compared to my usual (consistently 120 fps, which I have capped). In order to temporarily get rid of the performance problems, just look around 360 degrees horizontally and the rest of the game runs smoothly, I'd say more so than on Windows. However, when in the truck, I have not found a way of solving the performance issues and it stutters frequently, although this is only a small portion of the game.
If you still have any performance problems, I would recommend only installing the game onto an SSD or at least an internal HDD. When I installed it onto an external HDD, the performance was much worse.
Not sure if this next advice still applies, but it may help some people. Back when I used to play on Ubuntu, the performance was terrible all the time and what helped was after loading into a match, setting the game to windowed and back to fullscreen again (or vice versa). After that, the rest of the game was fine. However, rarely, the game would crash after switching to fullscreen, but this only happened a handful of times.
gamemoderun mangohud %command% -skipintro
Stuttering, lag spikes. Virtually unplayable.
I tried different tweaks listed here but to no avail. The "-useallavailablecores" made all problems worse and the game crashed on the menu whilst changing settings, before I could get into a game, do not use. Windowed performance was slightly better, but still not worth it imo. In windowed mode, I couldn't run at 1080p as the option was not selectable.
