Won't work with the default launcher. Use an alternative launcher to start driving. Performance is good if you disable all UI elements.
I used the "Content Manager" launcher to start driving. It need dotnet452 via protontricks.
Install DotNet 4.72 via protontricks 244210 dotnet472. I had to kill the wineserver several times during this until it succeeded. The unattended install did not work. After that, set the WIndows Version to Vista with protontricks 244210 vista
Despite the Launcher being much slower than on windows you have to disable the ingame UI elements as every one make the game run more slowly.
After installing dotnet40 and using remove_mono via protontricks the launcher crashes instantly with "Exception initialising application: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."
Definitly usable when graphical settings are turned down, read about volumetric fog being a killer on dxvk.
Installed dotnet40 and win7 verbs.
Flickering on main menu.
Games runs at only 20-30fps on High/Ultra settings vs. 60fps when used natively on windows.
Wrong GPU displayed in system info: NAVI10/RX5700 was used.
This is an Addon for Race07 not an standalone game. Start Race07 and all the content ist there.
Runs great out of the box
Braking and aiming both on left trigger.
With the latest Proton build it runs without trouble. Only slight problems remain.
