Tested with discrete NVidia card, works flawlessly as far as I tested (GTX 750M with 390 series driver). Tested with integrated Intel GPU (see sys info) and it crashes on every start. Not sure what to rate that as... I guess switching graphics cards is a tweak.
Played through the game without any issues. Performance isn't great, but completely playable without any glitches. When using the NVIDIA card worked without any tweaks. When using Intel embedded, needed to use PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 or it crashes.
It starts and I was able to play some of the game, but it crashes unpredictably but very frequently (e.g. every 15 seconds or every 5 minutes).
Performance is much better since last I checked (several versions of Proton released since then). It is very playable. Can't see intro video, but get audio and subtitles. Tried all of the tweaks that worked for others. Probably better than silver, but if there are videos later in the game it could be have a huge impact if you can't see them.
Animation and mouse motion is not as smooth as expected (seems common with AGS games in Proton)
Raid mode is playable but campaign mode sticks at loading screen (I let it run for around an hour before giving up).
Games may work, didn't try them all, but they launch in different windows, sometimes they don't launch properly, and at least the ones I tried didn't clean up properly. May interact poorly with sloppy focus.
Clipping and lighting issues, but maybe normal for the game.
As noted in another report, this isn't actually run in proton. The developer has a Linux native port that just isn't advertised on the page. The native version works without issues.
Works great in a window once you put the single line "800 600 32 0 BaseCMO.cmo" in a file at ~/.steam/steamapps/common/Syberia/player.ini
You can only play up to the second sister's grotto: visiting either second sister causes a crash. No message... none of 'no D3D11', 'Wine D3D11', 'disable Esync' help.
