Artifacts when in a pause menu or hacking.
Game starts with gamepad disabled. Go into game options to enable Xbox controller. No issues after that.
Set graphics to medium. Set refresh rate to 40hz
Great game. But you need to log into UPlay to launch the game. Must be online on first launch.
Have to log into Origin every single time. It's very annoying.
The launcher makes this really annoying to play. Would avoid.
Unable to adjust brightness
Set overall graphics quality to Medium for a consistent frame-rate. I usually get around 60fps
Runs great!
Just a lot of personal customization. I use the back buttons to quick select weapons. I like mouse gyro aiming on the right thumbstick. On screen promps will swap between KBAM and Gamepad prompts when you do this though.
Amazing experience. On SteamDeck I recommend lowering resolution to 540p and enabling system level FSR for better performance.
Initial launch window on install looks like it crashes. You can X out of it in the top right and everything seems to keep working. No issues after first install.
Runs amazing! Need to set resolution manually. I increased settings to high (with textures as very high). Runs at 60FPS
It does play well on Steam Deck. Suprisingly great performance. The crashes will marr the experience and lead to frustration.
Saves not saving due to crashing.
Crashes happen after about 30min to an hour of continous play.
Much more frequent crashes if you're not on Proton Experimental
Made it so gyro is only when I hold left trigger.
Definitely switch to the older proton version. The crashes are gone although you lose the 16:10 resolution and need to use a 16:9 res.
Change resolution to 1280x800 by editing this file after initial launch and setup. Must go into game once before this is generated. Note: editing graphics settings in game might reset back to 1280x720

Set Gyro to only work when holding left trigger. Set the back grip buttons to toggle (A) and another to repeat (Turbo) so the horse can sprint more easily.
Sometimes there are artifacts on ground textures.
Use the steps above to eliminate frequent crashes on Proton 7
Need to log into Origin for initial install, but after that no issues.
Runs great on Deck. Looks great too.

Changed buttons and trackpads just to a personal choice.
