No missing aircraft textures, no stuttering, no issues at all. Tested using a wired Xbox One controller. Superb performance (60fps+) on max settings w/mid-level antialiasing @ 1920x1080.
Won't even boot. Following these instructions (https://pastebin.com/f5eUDcr0) wouldn't make the game launch either.
As other users have stated here, installing vcrun2017 via winetricks literally does the trick. Game runs perfectly thereafter. Tested with an Xbox One controller, too. From the Steam Community link provided below, paste and run this line (using your actual user name) in your terminal: WINEPREFIX=/home//.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/570940/pfx winetricks vcrun2017

Using the latest Proton build from GloriousEggroll. (Is Feral's Game Mode considered a tweak?) Epic settings @ 2560x1440 = 60-90fps on average. (Native game isn't terribly well optimized.) Played with Xbox One controller.
Tried with both Proton 4.2-9 and Proton 3.16-9... both crash in Single Player upon New Character creation or Continue.
It runs as good as native Windows without a single tweak needed. I'm still shocked at how good this is!

Using Feral's Game Mode. Stuttering issue while running desktop at 120Hz. Launch options "-freq 59.95" or "-freq 60" did not work to fix the issue; manually reducing desktop refresh rate to 59.95 fixes it. After that, game performs PERFECTLY, 1:1 with its Windows counterpart. Been enjoying it for hours now with Xbox One controller.
Using latest build from GloriousEggroll. Typical 10-15% performance loss, but ran absolutely perfect otherwise.
