Damn near same performance on windows. No issues at all.
Even with Mods (prior to official mod support and after). Playing as host and as client had no issues.
Worked without any fixes that others have said. Use Vulkan.
Controller detection isnt working, it didnt work in windows so..
DX12 did not work. Vulken did.
Video presets did not work as shown. DX12 via DXVD12 did not work at all. Vulkan did however.
Vulkan was the only way the game would run outside of menus. Once it was switched to Vulkan and restarted (to apply) the game ran fine.
Video playback caused crashes which required complete reload of the game to join a session in order. Audio did sometimes playback
Lower quality textures than expected, Screenspace reflections were a bit whacky
Crashing when video playback started at begining of some episodes
Video playback of pre-rendered scenes did not play, or where a gray tone screen or a "color match, old school tv error screen"
Connection worked and join on friend was possible without using code
A discord member on Anacrusis server said 7.0-2 and experimental proton resolved the problem. Will be following up with discord after this report is made.
