When using SteamVR both eyes showed the same view, setting up and using Envision fixed that issue. Does not apply to every Linux setup, for you it might work OOTB.
The voice acting is set to English by default, switch to Spanish for a better experience
When playing set the voice acting to Spanish, because it sounds much more befitting the setting than the English voice acting
Game loads into a black screen
I did manage to play the game at first and it ran perfectly in almost all regards (when moving the table it got stuck to my hand and had to restart the game), but without doing anything, not even rebooting, the game just stopped working. Reinstalling, checking file integrity did not work, no clue what happened
Does not even open
Tried tinkering, got nowhere
Tried everything I could, the game just crashes instantly
Would love to experience Half-life in VR, but the best I got was a screen with an "unrecognized OpenXR session" error
Did not try the workshop levels, but I don't see a reason for them not to work
Random stutters, possibly caused by SteamVR
Tried and failed running the game with Monado, which usually runs better than SteamVR.
Had major stutters when running the game with the VR mod, but the base game runs without any issues
Remote play works great too
Sad that repentance isn't native, but game runs perfectly with Proton, which is a compromise.
When using something that's not SteamVR the game gives a warning about possible input issues, but I have not experienced any
